The safety of our clients, customers and staff is of paramount importance to us.  In light of recent developments with regards to Covid-19 (coronavirus) we are constantly monitoring the latest updates from the NHS and the UK Government as they are made available.  

In order to protect both our own staff and external customers and clients we will take all necessary steps to prevent the spread of the disease.  Specifically, all customers will be asked to confirm that they are not suffering from any symptoms prior to engineer visits, engineers will follow sanitisation procedures prior to and after visits, any loaned or installation equipment will be sanitised prior to delivery, any staff showing any signs of symptoms will immediately follow the self-isolation procedures set out by the Government.

Any customers or clients with any concerns regarding appointments should contact us to discuss.  Please note that as events unfold there may be a requirement to postpone or reschedule appointments at short notice, however we will endeavour to avoid this wherever possible.  Online and telephone support consultations will be used as a first stage response to decrease the risk to both clients and staff alike.

We will not be accepting visitors to our office until further notice.

Due to Brexit preparation our current stock levels are sufficient to support normal services and deliveries.  Should this situation change we will keep customers and clients updated as necessary.
