The engineering team can be contacted via the office on 0113 2564572 or faults can be reported by email on [email protected]. Please be aware that the team are only available during working hours Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm there is no out of hours or bank holiday breakdown service. If you have an issue outside the above times please use the self help guides on our website.

Assessment Visits
Make an appointment with one of our experienced team to discuss your personal needs and requirements and how a bespoke system or product can improve your own independence or that of a loved one. Assessments can be provided from our Leeds Office where you can try out a range of Assistive Technology Products in our fully equipped demonstration room. Alternatively, one of our team can arrange to visit you in your home environment. Please contact us to find out if we cover your area and for assessment prices.
Wheelchair Mounting Assessments
Every individual has different mounting requirement. We are able to assess for custom designed wheelchair mounts either at a home visit or by making an appointment to visit us.
Service Contracts and Maintenance Visits
All of our equipment and installations come with a manufacturer’s 12 month warranty, however for further peace of mind extended service agreements can be arranged to meet your needs.
Ad hoc maintenance visits can also be arranged as required without a service contract.
All service contract and maintenance visits are available within normal office hours only.

Where to access NHS bodies for equipment referrals
If you are feel that Assistive Technology could help you with your independence, it is always worthwhile to consult a healthcare professional first.
First seek assistance from your Occupational Therapist, who should be able to guide you to the relevant department in either your local NHS provision or Local Authority Social Care team, who may also be able to help provide some form of funding.
DH2 works with a wide range of NHS providers and Local Authorities to provide suitable patient focused solutions.
If you are unable to gain assistance through the above organisations, then please contact us for a specialised assessment of your needs.
DH2 can design, install, and provide training for you, your family and your caregivers to ensure that you gain the maximum from any equipment provided.
A range of support and maintenance services can be provided, if required, and your system can be adapted as your needs change.
